Mixed emotions here, purchased a whole list of appliances. Salesman constantly said let me help deliver trying to force some strange guy onto our delivery. I insisted i do not need help as i have my own bakkie. General assistance in the store good. But some shady sales guys in store
Exactly the same bought appliances. The salesman told us someone can deliver and help us take the old fridge out and new fridge in, we agreed to it, much more money later and the delivery man said no he doesnt do it. Getting a kick-back, a sale and his extra money off everyone.
The store itself is clean and managed well. Unfortunately the packers make the experience appalling. We had a group of packers shouting across the toiletries section fooling around making unnecessary noise could not wait to get away from the area and actually missed a few of the items we needed.
Worst customer service ever! Second time I book in my generator for repairs. Waited forever. Huge fight later, can go and fetch. The attitude of these people towards me was something to be ashamed of. I told the guy at the repairs that this is the second time and if it is still not working, I want a new one or a redund. Will he tell me, very arrogantly, "gooluck with that". And that it is not their problem, especially when the one year warranty is over. This is no way to treat a paying costumer.
I made an online order on 30/11/2022 all in stock items with shipping indicated to be within 2-5 days. Makro Alberton is supposed to fulfil this order. It is now almost two weeks later and still no delivery!! No feedback other than that my order is delayed with high volumes given as an excuse which I think is totally unacceptable, especially for this extended overdue period - should not be in business if you can't manage the volumes. I have to follow up every time with same empty promises and supposed escalation given but with absolutely nothing further happening. Very frustrating and will never use again.
Flower Market very disappointing. Very clear that having a job and fulfilling a jobs requirements are two different features. The lady employed to be at her designated position was no where to be found. No bar codes, pricing and correcting bundling of flower stems. Bad management.
Twas full but the service was good. They don't have a variety of technological appliances so be weary if you'd like them.
6 staff members sitting on office furniture all busy on their phones. The salesman said they do not sell the item I was looking for. He also looked confused . I asked were the files are and found the product on my own. Bad staff service. Not what I expect from makro staff
Your manager Sello Mashabela has no manners. Laughs at female customers and even swore at one. When asking for the boss he then claims to be the boss but has the skill of a packer.
