Not really happy with there services been calling them but no one responds. I mean you don't expect someone to go there whenever you want to enquire something

One of the friendliest yet informative consulates I've been to. They efficient and serve with a smile. Their empathy is quite unmatched and one is made to feel at home there.There's a decent amount of parking outside the premises and the area is relatively quite safe.

Their services wasn't that bad, but what they must sort out this issue of passport books really affects for those people who are renewing n apply for a new passport.

Attending was good for me. Much appreciated with service guys

I don't sew the reason you have the landline or email. You don't reply to emails, nor picking up the phone. That's disappointing and annoying . The officials in Malawi should do regular inspections. Disgusting
