Mama Moves is a Babywearing Dance Class - the first of its kind in Cape Town!
Mama Moves is a dance class for moms! While your baby is safely placed on you, we take you through a numerous of simple choreographies as we dance to good energy music hits. The choreographies are a mix of many different dance genres. All mamas can join regardless level of dance experience or none.
Mama Moves is fun, uplifting and after the class you will leave with good energy in your body and a smile on your face.
And we promise baby will love the bouncing too.

Drop in class: R90
5 class pass: R400
Any type of babywearing/baby carrier will do, as long as you and baby feel comfortable.
Dance instructor Anette will be leading the class while her baby boy Isak will be assisting bouncing in his baby carrier.
