If I could give zero stars I would!!!!. The service is pathetic. They "officials" behind the certification desk have the most uninviting blank look on their face and have absolutely no customer service etiquette. I needed a simple document certified and requested that the stamp be inked so that the details are clearly visible. I was looked at with an empty stare while she chewed her bubblegum in the most unapologetic way and went ahead and just ignored my request. A simple request seems to be a mammoth task for those who are suppose to protect and SERVE! !!!! Maybe if I bring KFC next time I will be attended to with respect and consideration.
Was assisted by the station commander himself, Mr W Miller. This was not part of his job description yet he helped whilst dealing with other much more important issues. This man deserves recognition
Lack of training definitely needed its really bad. Morning of 30th April i called the station to get a case number: confidential information regarding a case was given to me including the contact details of the person. Answering, the telephone "Hallo, hallo " .....is this the way we do things - not identifying herself should have been "Manenberg Police Station, const. A speaking. Loud talking ....definitely not a station that i want to deal with. How can you give such personal confidential information for someone over a phone........what is happening with our ladies in blue. Captain Johnson have to step in...Please
I am so impressed at the excellent service I received this morning. Thank you, thank you. The Employees were so friendly, quick, efficient, and extremely helpful. May this Police Station be an example to all.
I feel they could be a bit friendly because...well they aren't.However there service is not quite bad.They hacked there way into my house though:.That wasn't very nice
Manenberg Police broke into my house today without any consent whilst i was at work and my kids in school, how could this happen. You guys are suppose to protect us.
