Masterparts

Send two emails last week with no reply on pricing for service kits. Contacted the branch and counted sales was helpfull and took my email to send me a quote on the service kits and still no reply up to now. This is very bad. Not good service at all.

They are situated at an easily accessible and safe part of Bellville Cape Town with plenty of parking space in front of the store. The security guard guides you on what to do at entrance, the place is well lit with a lot of natural light coming in, very neat and clean, spacious, organized and they follow strict Covid protocols. I received the parts I went there to buy and extra tips of installation from the sales consultant that was assisting me. Overall a great place to buy vehicle parts.

Hi all Look no further when hunting for reliable parts and prices I've bought all my engine parts and I now have a smooth running motor I've done all myself and Master parts was very helpful in guiding to buy the right parts so I don't get the run around Plus I love the new set up nice and big sales floor Just parking is horrible

I went to buy Oxygen Sensor for Kia Sportage, it didn't work for my car because it was universal. Thou they asked an engine number. Unfortunately I lost because they won't take it back because it's electronic item.
