What an exceptional, pleasant experience! Not only is Dr Pistorius extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly but his admin and reception staff are just as helpful. I did not need to request any additional information regarding costs, location, and do's and don'ts when booking my appointment as all relevant information is emailed to you when your appointment is scheduled. New patient forms are filled in online and you don't need to fill them in on the day of your appointment unless you want to, saving me a lot of time. I have had terrible experiences with doctors' reception and admin staff and quite honestly Maternal & Fetal Medicine's staff was a breath of fresh air understanding that patients normally don't know the procedures. Thank you for your professionalism and friendliness and for making me feel valued!
I had 2 times special scan with dr Pistorius and now I have baby with down syndrome. He couldn't recognize properly and we just trust him . Every time I asked him about the condition of baby and he told us everything is normal and now .... What must I do ? My daughter already is 5 months and we still are shshocked We are 5 month suffering and live in hell because of her wrong recognition
I went to Prof Cathy Cluver. She's an absolute angel. She is very professional yet warm and welcoming. The ladies at the reception are lovely and very friendly. They are a very well run practice.
