If u want to get experience of the worst service you can go to flamewood mcdonalds coz even after 4 hours of load shedding they will still be closing atleast 1 hour so that you can change your mind and never let these people get to work

In less than 5 min 3 different beggars came to my window in the drive through , no come on man where’s your security getting rid of these people. Also looks like someone tipped over a trash can at your front entranceFood: 4/5

We used to get good service here in the beginning. But lately it seems as though the staff consists of trainees. We have been patient for the past few months. However today was a terrible experience. After clarifying and repeating an order multiple times, we paid and were given something that came from the bin, on top of which the order was wrong. Eventually we had to ask for the manager who came and made the meal herself. @Mcdonalds, please retrain your staff on customer service and handling of food.

Finally have a generator installed after 13 years of loadshedding...congratulations. Service is still poor with unfriendly staff and incorrect orders. Check before you drive away....trust me. The best part is the automated response from the "owner" for the loooooong list of 1 star reviews. How about you fix the problems instead. I'll be waiting for my response to...

Really bad service, we waited for our order for a whole hour, customers who came after us got their food before us,and there were more than enough workers on duty.They were holding conversations at the back instead of making our food,when we demanded our money back that’s when they actually started making our food

First day we were there the speaker box was not functioning so we have to wait for our order for me then 45 minutes Kid-friendliness: Happy meals caters for my young ones

I simply rated the service not good because my juice was not given with my meal package and I only got to notice once left, so I think the stuff needs to really double check the orders of the clients before they leave so that they don't get to leave anything they bought behind.Food: 5/5

Extremely poor quality . We ordered 3 hot chocolate tall. It was only a mixture of water and milk, no sugar was given, it was horrendous.We had previously bought hot chocolate from other McDonald's stores and never had experience such bad quality. We hope this matter is rectified.

Went inside waiting for 5 mins staff gave no attention to us. Could not even say "we will be with you now" me and my wife were ignored until I left and went to kfc. This McDonald's will never see me again. I hipe they go out of business

The place was packed...it was towards month end.But the serve was great the food too.I mean you can never go wrong with McDonald'sFood: 4/5
