The place is always clean, plenty of tables available, all the self service kiosks work. I was served breakfast by a beautiful and well dressed well groomed beautiful lady. Great start to the day. I love it here. The best McDonald's I've visited in my city. Wheelchair accessibility: Available
Although I did not eat here, I did not feel safe waiting for my bus outside. This place is fantastic, I was assisted and looked after the atmosphere was super welcoming. Bought from the kiosk and the cashier got my order wrong, wanted a a sit down but she packed my order for a to go meal and didn't call when the order was ready. Finally went to her and she still didn't get it right with an attitude to top it all. First time experiencing such awful service at old fort.Food: 5/5
The order took so long to be processed. The chips was less, but they gave more when we complained. After complaining we got better service but they are too slow had to eventually go to store to sort out order.Food: 2/5
It's just mcdz right? But the service from the manager and staff at this mcdz was outstanding! Was really impressed. Ordered about 34 meals to take away went to collect it was already packed in boxes and ready to go. All women team that helped us and 1 guy all so professional. The store was neat and tidy staff well mannered and friendly. Good job around!
Maybe I could have gotten them on a bad day. Chips were cold, very oily and tasted weird. Wanted to take them back but felt sick after having a few. Will stick with other branches unless I have no choice and hope the next experience will be better and more consistent with what we expect from MCDONALD'S.Food: 1/5
The burger wasn't fresh, the chicken was dry and tasted like it was left to stand a long time and reheated. There was no smile from the waiter serving the food. The only good thing was comfortable chairs. Overall a very very disappointing experience at a once buzzing and good place to eat. Definitely won't go back again.Food: 1/5
Worse service ever! Waited half an hour for our breakfast meal and another 15 min for our hot drinks. There were so many staff walking around and talking, and yet no customer service! Thereafter when we opened our drinks to add sugar, the cups were full right to the top that created spills and a mess all over the car. When we drove back to McDonald's to complain, all the manager had to say was "we apologize" !
I don't even know where to start about the worst service we got me and my friend. My highlight was "hurry up time is money" from a manager, Sandile when we wanted to order that nice hot source. Oh and was asked to finish up as they were closing by the security....
