Natalie is an amazing vet, so caring and compassionate. From the minute you walk in you are taken care of and all the staff are brilliant. Would highly recommend.

Dr Natalie is such a lighthearted friendly vet that made the whole experience a delight. If ever you have a dog that needs special attention, this is the best vet in my opinion in Johannesburg.

Always very helpful when it comes to looking after our dogs. We have been using this vet for many years now and wouldn't want to go anywhere else! They know how to care and treat your dogs with love and will always help as much as they can.

Great local vet. Highly experienced and knowledgeable, but still very interested in listening when you describe symptoms etc. Great at explaining what's going on with your pet, what's to be done, etc. Clearly love animals, and always try to establish a rapport with the animal as well as the owner ... pets clearly seen as 'people' not just 'objects' to be fixed. Fantastically helpful, friendly, and understanding.

My experience with this so-called professional establishment has been, for lack of a better term, a nightmare. I called this morning in an attempt to arrange euthanasia for my cat, who had a stroke. The receptionist could not be more enthusiastic and cheerful to inform us we could not be assisted until hours later. It was truly unsettling and frankly disturbing. I live less than 1 km from the vet and they were unwilling to make the drive, despite my poor cat not being able to move without groaning in pain. I get that busy schedules are an issue, but the drive was honestly the least they could do. I am now forced to take my cat all the way to Centurion to die in a place that he does not recognise. Scared and confused. Shame on you.

Very clean practice and great service from the vet on duty. Our dogs were thoroughly checked and got their inoculations. The older dog was diagnosed and prognosis given.

Friendly staff. Always welcoming. Have correct measures in place for covid. My dogs have been helped here for 3 years now.
