Unprofessional! Sister Viola Masunda was late and took her time to attend to us which the queue was already long instead she attended her friend's new born who got to the clinic late. Viola has no people's skills at all.

Check your Nurse!! You cannot force a customer to purchase from your dispensary.I told the Nurse that I want to pay for the consultation and will get my meds elsewhere she told me I cant it has to be at your dispensary and what I find strange is when asked why she said , I consulted with the Doctor at their ESTABLISHMENT.now last I checked I paid for my consultation separate to my medication which gives me every right to go wherever I want with my script.second strange thing is when I questioned even further about one of the meds on the script and I said I want to buy it else where she was okay with that one.I will take this further regarding your nurse and her bullying.

The service is terrible!!!!! The sister in duty is never available. Been trying come for my next check for almost 20 days and I’m failing dismally because the nurse is never available
