Excellent service from all the staff at a Medicross Boksburg, from the moment when you enter the clinic. Special thanks to Dr JPJ Olivier for his amazing dentistry work and repairing my broken tooth, without cause any pain or discomfort.
Refused to assist without ID document although drivers license was available. Told us to go to a different medicross as they won't assist. Receptionist didn't even want to great when entering, I had to great her first and basically call her closer before she was willing to great us. They were just not interested in helping
Don't come to Dr Z Holtzhausen for problems with your teeth, fillings or even check ups. He is very rough and it will cause long term problems. I have had severe pain for over 2 months. You book an EMERGENCY appointment to see what is causing the pain and get told to be here before his patients at 7.20am to sit and wait here for him to finish with his patients first. What is the point of an emergency appointment?? He is not professional nor are his staff. DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE TO COME HERE YOU WILL HAVE LONG TERM PAIN WITH NO SOLUTIONS!!!
Great doctors, terrible admin system. Doctor is in at 10:00, My appointment is for 10:15. I get told there are 8 people infront of me in the queue because they arrived first. Basically it doesn’t matter if you make an appointment. Just arrive before everyone else. Staff member even told me that my appointment time doesn’t matter. Go somewhere else so you don’t have to put up with this nonsense.
I am a new patient, who made a booking this morning with Dr Coetsee for 11:00. I arrived a few minutes early to make sure I will be able to do all documentations that ja needed. At reception, the receptionist said that there is a bit of a wait. 9 clients are currently in front of me. How is this even possible? If you do make a designated consultation time, looking at around 15mins per consultation. This means they are just pre-booking patients and stuffing them in like a sausage. Where is the personal connection? The feel that the Dr. at least cares about his patients. No thanks, will not be another number for them.
Atrocious service from admin and doctors. I visited this facility and after being sent for tests at a hospital the doctor decided to refer me to a specialist, when I asked her if she completed my medical aid referral form she said yes that it was done online. The specialist only had space in a weeks time so I had to live with the pain till then, later that same week I contacted my medical aid to make sure she did complete the relevant and to my surprise she had not sent anything. I phoned the offices multiple times with the phone being pushed down in my ear I had to send emails. Nancy at Admin assured me she would get the doctor to complete the forms, it's the day before I am meant to see the specialist with no forms completed by Dr francesco. The admin lady wanted to tell me that I must book and pay another consultation to get the doctor to fill in the forms as if I have another 4 hours to wait for the doctor who didnt do her due diligance from my first appointment. absolutely disgusting service and I would definitely not recommend them Dr's and staff don't seem to care about the patients well being here
There are 2 good doctors here Dr Knight and De Francisco. Because they are great they are always busy. Even if you make an appointment you will be waiting an hour plus as the medicross administration does not seem to understand each doctor does not spend only 5min with a patient and overbook these doctors to the detriment of the waiting patients. Its not a doctors fault for being diligent. It is however the admins fault for wasting peoples time. If reception knows a doctor is 7 patients behind. Call the next appointment and tell them to come an hour later. I hate that medicross seems to think its ok to waste 2 hours of my time when i made an appointment
Worst medical centre EVER. As i read some reviews drs do NOT phone for blood results. Been waiting for 2 days for results as they are lying on drs desk. No use phoning they just do NOT answer phones. If you are lucky enough to eventually get hold of somebody its not a pleasant experience. LAB people are extremely RUDE and unprofessional. Reception not even answering. SO sad As someones life could depend on it
Went there yesterday, made online booking on Sunday, all went well. A big thank you for the seamless service and to Dr Francisco, you said you will sort me out and today I am already much beter. Thank you and Baie dankie
They don’t answer phones, when you finally get through and make an appointment you will only see the doctor 2 hours later then the time confirmed. The gentleman at reception will tell you to do whatever you want to do when you complain about this.
