A total waste of time, booked for an appointmen, called the call center on  the 2nd of July. Confirmed the age of my son and was told to proceed to the boksburg branch on the 7th. Received confirmation the entire week end, the day before the procedure and on the day of the appointment today. Got there, I'm told that I am at the wrong place as age doesn't allow us to go ahead with the procedure. I was supposed to be at Ormonde. All smses and whatsApp's  sent to me stated I should be at the bokburg branch...  Confirmation and recofirmation of criteria was done well in advance, on the day I'm met with such appalling disappointment. The person helping me at the booked venue was on the phone trying to "clarify the misundersdaning" for a lengthy period of time...I waited until I decided to walk out as it was clear I wasn't going to get help. He was apparently looking for James so laid back and very casual, I fail to understand such poor customer service.  Did he call me afterwards to apologize or clarify the issue? Nope, he went on with his day. No call, no clarification, no apology....NOTHING!

I ordered medicen for 15 treatments paid R2515 including consultation fee, which was 2lines per treatment  but only use 8 treatments and the medicen was finished, i phoned they said they cant help me,

Long waiting time even if you've made an appointment. Disappointing. Spent more than 4 hours there. Feels like a government institution.

Its not bad when you go for the 1st tyme , disaster when u go for a checkup
