“Kathleen’s Mother and Baby” is thee best way to deliver your baby, hands down. They helped me deliver my first born, and I cannot imagine it done anywhere else or any other way. I remember the first time I arrived, and one of the sisters greeted me with a smile as if we're from the same high school. At first, I thought they're smiling because they have to smile, or maybe they’re having a good day. But the more you visit, the more you realize that they have a passion in what they do, and they are genuinely excited to have you. It’s as if you're their cool cousin. They LOOOVE YOU, they even cross their fingers hoping that they are on duty when your baby arrives. you're DEFINITELY NOT another number. Those ladies are the Google of babies. They are soo experienced and knowledgeable, not to mention how patient they are with you, I know this coz I ask the same question 6 times, and they answer you as if its your first. They care about your wellbeing and they are accessible 24 hours, I kid you not.. try sending them a WhatsApp anytime during the day, you'll get a response faster than you reading this review. Its very difficult talking about Kathleen without being emotional nor spiritual. Its one thing getting professional service from the best service providers in Joburg. Its is another thing getting a personalized experience, like you're only person in the world. But with them, it goes beyond that. They understand what it means bringing a baby in the world. They understand that they are curating one of Gods beautiful creations, and they don't take that lightly. We first welcome the holy spirit by the background music then we start off with a prayer, acknowledging the wonderful gift He has brought to us. And that's what takes the cake for me. I can go on explaining how amazing these ladies are, but I think I have explained why I say: I cannot imagine another better facility to deliver your baby. I am very very very thankful for their existence and I pray that many more people get blessed by experiencing Kathleen's Mother and baby unit.

Made use of her in 2011. Greedy, dishonest, and disappointing. Unfortunately you are just a number and your money is all she's after. I would not recommend her, be very wary.

Was very good at birth.. But overall I felt like after paying R18000... Kathleen still came with more excuses to get money out of you... Charged R600 just for a quick follow up of 10 minutes. Ended up paying R4200 more that quote given... Didn't really reply on whatsapp when syntomes happened... Just felt after paying that massive money for Kathleen she could have really made the Check ups for FREE... Won't recommend... A bit greedy for someone who earns that massive money from clients
