Medicross Hospital

The front desk staff at Medicross in EL are extremely rude and abrasive with patients. I understand it’s a high pressure job and gets really busy but everyone coming in there is in need of help and some quite emotionally vulnerable. They need to take the staff on some kind of EQ training.

I didn't know for follow up you have to pay full consultation and treatment didn't even work Had an argument with nurse .just for that nurse make sure doctor didn't come visit for 1 hour while other patients got treated Sametime. Disappointed. Not worth money .

I am not sure if medicross works on commission. My daughter had a problem described symptoms tested urine which diagnosed bladder infection BUT see also had other personal issue. She was not even examined or had her stomach physically examined. We were rushed and brushed off like a conveyor belt. Next. Consultation 10min. Never has this happened been with Dr for more than 1 years. Time for change.. A consultation about R650. Can't even imagine takings for 1 day. R650 x 15min.
