NETCARE Settlers Private Hospital

I arrived last night after 7:30pm, there were two doctors I think they may have been doing a handover. My operation scars operation done a week ago were bleeding, which was unusual for me as I have not bled through last week. My dressing was also coming out because of the bleeding. The nurse checked my blood pressure at 8pm and wrote on my folder. After that, I waited to be seen by the doctor. I noticed they were helping people who came after me and I asked. The nurse told me they wanted to sort out the X-Ray people first. I left around 10pm still unattended to because now I was feeling pain, cold and my t-shirt being wet from the blood.

This is serina I was there this morning I told them I am pregnant and i'm getting bad cramps on my stomach i told is very I what'd to go for a scan to see if everything is okay with my baby thay dit not whant to me at all I was crying of pain and still thay dit not want to help me. I sead I am I a lot of pyn thay saw I was holding my stomach I told them I am in pyn I just want a scan to see if everything fine whit my baby. Do you think is right what they have done I don't think it was right

Just called to ask about where I can go for covid testing after googling and only finding sources from the bigger cities/towns and the receptionist was extremely rude… I don’t think I’ve ever felt so wrong for asking, I’ve never been to the hospital here and all my mates are also not familiar with medical this side. I’m so frustrated I’m holding back a tear and the one place I was sure I could count on to at least give me a name, a number just flat out told me to “figure it out” when it’s their JOB to at least assist in finding proper care. The man receptionist just told me he just came here for a job recently but didn’t even bother to give the phone to someone who’d know the information I’m asking for and I find that unprofessional. THIS IS SOMEONE WHO REPRESENTS YOUR ESTABLISHMENT and to think this is the first impression people get of the hospital. What the actual.

My mom was vaccinated last week. She said each person there was treated with dignity and respect. Thank you.

If you can avoid this hospital at all costs. Accident and emergency has 1 doctor and has no interest or care. Been waiting for 3 hour and have been checked on 3 times. I counted 12 cleaning staff all busy talking, police having coversations at the top of their lungs in the corridors. This hospital is a disgrace.

It offers both public and private health services, the doctors are kind and so is the rest of the staff. The hospital is so clean.

My baby girl was delivered in this hospital under the care of many helpful people. It was amazing
