Service of Medicross has definitely gone down. Made an appointment to see the Dr for 2pm, waiting over an hour to see Dr Briers while hes having fat conversations with the staff. What is the point of appointments if they are not adhered to? Very disappointing and will definitely be looking for another GP to go to from now on. Not only is it insulting but it's disrespectful

I went to Dr Wang to have bad dentistry Dr Kuck dentalwise fixed up. Needless to say i was terrified of returning to the dentist chair... But what a pleasure Dr Wang turned out to be. She is gentle, careful, thorough, and professional... No pain no panic, everything done properly ... Cannot recommend highly enough!!!

Service levels have dropped substantially over the last few months. Struggle to get hold of anyone when calling. My son went there for a check on his teeth recently and was advised that he would need to get them extracted, but they would send a quote… I followed up after 3 weeks of not receiving the quote. The reply I got was that they were still waiting for the doctor to provide it. We called two weeks later and got the same response. We are now taking him to a new dentist next week.

Absolutely worst 2 experiences I have ever had at a doctor's office. The doctors are morbid and make you think it's the worst possible outcome. Sent us to the emergency room the first time to pay an arm and a leg there making us think our son is dying. When we got to the emergency they did the normal tests that could have been done at the doctor's room there was NOTHING horribly wrong with my son. And now saying my UTI is a potential miscarriage at 28 weeks a baby is perfectly viable and NOT considered a miscarriage if born early. They say things without thinking of the emotional damage it might cause a patient. Absolutely disgusting service.

The doctors are fine but the accounts department of this practice is awful. So many billing issues and then I get handed over to debt collectors when I am the one who has been trying to get the invoice sorted out so it can be paid. Definitely not coming to this practice ever again. I found a much better doctors practice, Dr Jacques Botha. Now that I have experienced what a good doctors practice is like, I can't believe I endured years of maladministration with this awful practice. So so disappointed, I have tried to voice my complaints with this practice on a number of occasions but with no resolution and most of the time, no answer.

Absolutely dreadfull and incompetent service, on Friday I suddenly started feeling extremely ill with a very high fever and had to urgently see a Dr. I phoned at 11:40 to make an appointment and was told my appointment was scheduled for 12:15 and had to be there at 12:05. I booked an uber got to the practice only to be told the person never made my appointment, Johanesse was extremely unhelpful she kept working flat out ignoring me, after I left I all of a sudden got an appointment onfirmation for my time 12:15 but only sent at 12:28, appaling service. Really happy this practice is not my regular practice.

Been coming here for over a year now. Excellent treatment and service from Dr. Pranav Ramkilawan who is always willing to take the time to explain how best to overcome medical issues and keep an overall healthy lifestyle.

Been coming here for years as they always can accommodate an emergency on the spot and pricing is reasonable. Had an appointment with Dr. Ramkiliwan regarding an abscess. He was very knowledgeable and engaging. Really, it was talking to friend instead of some of the dismissive doctors you get from time to time. Medication was prescribed and I am already feeling better. Thank you doctor and Medicross!

Really more than happy with doctor Andre Maree. His knowledge and bedside manner is excellent. Glad both my mother, fiancés and myself have moved over to him.

Shocking service from the dentist practice they not professional highly recommended you avoid. The receptionist is probably the nastiest person I have felt with. They don’t answer the phone they don’t return your calls they are only interested in what they can bill to medical aid amd not at all in the patients very ugly experience.
