First time experience and honestly received so much more than I initially expected. I have had poor experiences at other dentists but Dr Ensil was informative,caring and answered all my concerns. I felt comfortable and at ease and genuinely felt I was treated as an individual and not just another patient. Thank you for your lovely service! Visited for the first time to clean my teeth and I got the best customer service ever, the lady on the front desk is so nice on the phone and extremely welcoming when you arrive until you leave. The doctor is so good, she explained evrything and treated me with so much respect. She very honest with her advise and opinions. I would definitely recommend Dr Carl Ensil, she's the best.

Will definitely recommend Dr Ensil and his entire team. I had to have extractions and fillings done and though I was dreading the visits, after the first time I felt completely comfortable and the pain was minimal. Very friendly and super efficient receptionist who takes care of the admin and communication with excellence!

Dr Ensil has treated both my wife and I. We are extremely happy to have found him. After some unpleasant experiences at our previous dentist of many years, we are thrilled to have found a dentist who explains what he is doing, has a great bedside manner and is gentle with his work. Excellent service from all the staff too.

I'm yet to book my apointment. What i heard over the phone, and the exclent service I get on WhatsApp is more than Fantastic and very helpful. I will be going there in the next week or two for Sedation and a tooth extraction. Im not one for dentists, but i am looking forwars to this visit. The update of my experience will follow. Came in with a lot of issues that went on for over 5 months and I must say that Latoya Okkers is amazing, she has been keeping me updated every time I ask her for something, she even was the go-between for setting up bookings for my scans with other Dr's rooms as well as finding out and providing me with quotes to and from specialists. Thank you so much Latoya you really helped me and eased a lot of my anxieties. Your care is fantastic and you always a ray of sunshine even when I get frustrated you have been patient with me. I went to the dentist Dr Carl Ensil for the first time today and I would give him a rating of 10 / 10 or more if it was possible. The session that I had with him was pleasant. He was extremely careful when he worked on my teeth and gave me lot of detail beforehand procedure, costs involved, etc. What I liked the most was that there was absolutely no pain. I felt comfortable throughout the entire session. This was definitely the best experience I've ever had with a dentist. Oh and the reception was just as great. They contacted me via Whatsapp instead of sms messaging to get confirmation about my appointment.

The best dentist, by far. I don't trust anyone else! They create a relationship with their clients and make you feel at ease with every visit.
