Doctor Alex was incredibly friendly, helpful and caring; she’s the best dental surgeon I’ve come across. I highly recommend West Coast Dental Care.

Went there yesterday for a filling with Dr.Izelle and was most impressed with the impeccable service. Today I sat in while my daughter had a procedure with Dr.Diego. Service and care of the highest standard. Must also mention the slick and proffessional performance by both assistants. Huge thanks and compliments to this practice.

Dr Maryke is fantastic with kids. My 6yo boy is having injections in the chair. She is really amazing.

I have been meaning to write this review since our first appointment with Dr Alex Rix, two years ago. I HIGHLY recommend this dental practise and Dr Rix. Dr Rix treated me for root canal of which I had a very positive experience. She patiently answered all my questions, she made me feel SO at ease, I had no pain during the procedure and ironically found myself feeling quite relaxed, while I enjoyed watching wild life on tv. Dr Rix is kind, compassionate, patient, relaxed and extremely knowledgeable and good at her job! The staff are all lovely too. My husband and I have definitely found our family dentist!!!

I would probably consider myself the biggest baby when it comes to paying the dentist a visit. I have always been petrified of the noises and the pain! Well, not anymore! Dr. Alex Rix from West Coast Dental, is the most wonderful dentist I have ever been to! Super efficient, warm and so  attentive, I will never go to another dentist again! Thank you for my first pleasant dental experience:-

I actually wish for once there was a 6-star rating on Google. Dr. Alix Rix rocks! Brilliant service, friendly, no-nonsense dentist of the absolutely top shelf... On top of that assisted by a very good and efficient assistant and friendly front room staff. Of course don't forget Dr. Diego who's also always friendly and super professional... Don't delay your visits to this dental practice, it's not worth the toothache...

My 16 year old daughter had to have 2 teeth extracted. I chose Alix Rix as she is amazing, compassionate and caring to her patients. She was fantastic with my daughter and would recommend Alix Rix to anyone who needs any dentist work etc. She is absolutely fantastic. Thank you Alix for looking after my daughter.

Had a cracked tooth on a holiday in Cape Town. The incredible service from front desk to chair has made it an easy decision to make Dr Venter and her team my new dentist all the while residing in Johannesburg.

Extremely poor communication - paid for a service Consulting + X-Rays and requested to get the x-rays e-mailed to me, but they were simply refusing to do this , even after 3 times of calling and requesting, since, I have paid for this. Been a while since I've seen a place that's not hungry for business after this year. 2 Cancellations , or spots, opened up in the time I should have gone, this shows everything period of 5-6 days.
