Clean, tidy and neat. And you know what they say about cleanliness and Godliness. This place is the main hardware in a very big area: Isipingo to UMbumbulu. They have everything you can want in a hardware store. Prices are spiky though, but the quality you get dries the eye.
Easy to find what you're looking for instore, the staff is also friendly
My mother & I visited this store on 25.01.20 and were assisted by a learner employee. When seeking assistance from her senior Sthembiso Nxumalo he looked at us to show that he had heard, but still blatantly ignored both his colleague and us and walked right past. I am of the notion that he was undermining us because of how we were dressed as we were busy with renovations & hence dirty. When this was addressed with him and his manager Irvin Ngcobo he still showed no remorse and instead attempted to even hit the learner in front of us clearly indicating that there are preexisting issues between them. Very disappointing service indeed!
Helpful their staff is soo focus was in and out in seconds got everything i needed
I got what I needed. Sales staff was a bit slow, perhaps can improve in this regard. Otherwise ok considering current climate.
Quite a good hardware but little bit expensive that expected.
Is it possible for the management in your store to review the delivery fee as I’m only a stone throw away from there but I’m being charged R700?
They are not professional at all , I only go there for general items ..not a hardware i can recommend
