Mehak Indian Restaurant

Butter chicken, naan and palak paneer always been my selections... But somewhat I feel the food kinda different taste than the last year I went there, like 2/3 times... maybe different chef? Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are good enough .

Supported this restaurant for a very long time. Quite disappointed, their quality has significantly decreased. I have experience this on two separate occasions. The first, rice they gave for delivery was off. The second, found a gray hair or silver sting in the food today.

Guys, you have changed your butter chicken/lamb recipe! You can’t do that, its not the same! I drive all the way from Midrand for your delicious butter dishes and I was terribly disappointed this evening by what we got. Please please please review, the new recipe does not work!

We have been supporting Mehak for a long time. However they got our takeaway order wrong, mince samosas instead of vegetarian samosas, chana masala had no flavour, chicken curry was dry and hard. Will not be returning. Very sad as the food was always great...have no idea why it has deteriorated so badly. They assure me the chef has not changed.

The most friendly people you will ever get. And then we do not talk about all the lovely smells. 5 stars to you guys. Keep going with this amazing service.

I was extremely disappointed by the service. We had to pay extra because my son wanted to sit in. When I asked why,I was told , because I will be using the chairs and tables etc which I found odd. When the food arrived, I was taken aback by the small portion size not to mention the taste of the food which was extremely underwhelming . When I left the restaurant I really felt like I had wasted my money especially with the unwelcoming service.

This restaurant is situated in a clean, flowery mall with free parking. There are beautiful trees planted everywhere that provide sufficient shade for your car as well! The staff here are friendly and provide excellent service. The food is of great quality and the presentation is beautiful!!!! The atmosphere is dotted with many regulars that are on a name basis so that tells you this place really knows how to make people feel welcome and spoilt for choice. The pricing is great and the food portions are sufficient. The curry is exquisite enough to make you long for Durban shores. Well done!

i don't think they like black people in this place. food is ok, but service is awful. the only smile i got from the owner was when i told him that i decided to change my order for takeaway and that i would be leaving as soon as possible. he then seemed quite happy and got my order done immediately. there are better options close by, where they will treat you with respect, just check google.

WORST WORST and it only gets more WORSE. Not Indian food for sure. worst curries and naan ever tasted in my life. Hi, My agenda is very clear, that places like yours should not claim "Authentic Indian Food" when IT IS NOT. You have been in business coz people around your area does not know what authentic Indian food is. You are talking about your Naanz being the BEST, Sorry to break your bubble, but the Naan you prepare are more of a "Khameeri Naan" a.k.a dish popular in Pakistan, as they are overly fluffy and thick with uncooked sides. FYI -- Authentic Indian does not cook butter chicken with Potato or Paneer makhani with potatoes.

We bought beef bunny chow's for take away. I enjoyed it fery much.Food: 5/5
