We arrived by the Lift company in the heavy rainy evening, and were told that bus will be acting for us outside. Yet we had to run in the rain, soaked immediately. Menzies company, I believe it is your service? I belive that how you think about passengers? There not much choice for anyone of us, there is no another company which does bus delivery for airplane passengers. Yet that kind of thinking of the people is NOT a service we'd wxpect in the Cape Town International Airport.

Promised to deliver delayed luggage from BA flight 2041 24 hours after arrival.10h00 yesterday morning.. 3 phone calls later , the last one saying the maibox is full, and still nothing delivered 18h30 the next everning now and still waiting, the courier supposedly left the airport 5 hours ago. Useless.

Always helpful and very pleasant people to work with. Assistance is not always the quickest but one should understand that it is a busy place

It seems that Customs changed their process but the staff at Air Menzies is not aware of the new process. I had to drive there twice even though I could get my stuff the first time.

Just have all your documentation and you A for away, no hassles no fuss kind of place. definitely recommend
