I have used this medical centre for many years and it was excellent, but of late, a woman called Sanet is being rude to people. I complained to the Dr but nothing changes. She is rude to everyone, patients, the staff...everyone and the doctors have become complacent. They take it for granted that patients will come anyway because of their long standing relationship,  but it is enough now. I called for my blood test results which I did about a week ago and she tells me rudely that I got an sms and an email last week already. She won't resend the same sms and email as proof they were sent. So, why would I be calling for information I received already? Right now, I honestly don't think anyone should be wasting their time with this place anymore. I have written to the Dr and been promised that I'd never have to deal with Sanet again, but guess what...now the Dr doesn't even read my complaints anymore, so I will write to Hello Peter as well. Even if they ignore it, my point is for the public to know. The place is not the same anymore.

I have been here numerous of times and still the same issues have not been addressed the receptionist is not transparent and concerned ofthe sick I have been waiting over 1 hour 30 minutes  and still have not seen the doctor now that I am impatient I am given attitude by the receptionist but should they have told me that u will be waiting close 2 hours I definitely wouldn't of bothered coming here to everyone in serious medical attention don't bother yourself coming here plus the doctors constantly change so u end up meeting all the doctors in the world never one constant doctor  Please don't bother coming here unless u want frustration

The receptionist today was very unfriendly and doesnt have a courteous way of speaking. I'm thinking of taking my needs somewhere else.

We've used this center for years and I must say their service has reduced since, the receptionist is not friendly, at times the center closes much earlier than the normal time. Its just not the same anymore.  The dental side is way better, the medical side could learn a thing or two from them.

Nice place, good work, quick and efficient

You need to make sure you have a minimum of two hours to spare because the wait gets really long as they do not accept appointments. However the doctors and front line staff are excellent.

My five stars go to the dentist and her receptionist was very nice and welcoming as well. The overall  service was great

Great doctors,  but always busy, be prepared to wait atleast 2 hours.

Hard working  and caring doctors since time imemorial.They always do their best in caring for their patients

I consult my doctor there. The doctors who work there are all friendly and helpful. There medical centre is open till 20H00 at the even. Always you found patients waiting patiently for their turn. Patients kill time by reading magazine and looking at TV. Pharmacy is found right in the same premises. If medicine or tablets is not available. They order them and deliver them where you are staying as soon as possible.
