With a passion for cooking and my husbands love for Mexican food we've decided to offer Mexican street food at local flea markets, night markets and catering for private functions. Oh My God, the food was definitely worth the wait We arrived there after 10 assuming it would be open only to find out that they open at 11 so we decided to go shopping and come back and I am beyond happy that we did. Our food took about 30 minutes, every single thing looked absolutely amazing. I tasted the beef taco first and it was a burst of flavour in my mouth which instantly picked up my mood and put a smile on my face. We ordered the Bocadillo Box and 2 soft shell tacos and everything was soooo delicious, flavourful and well prepared. We absolutely loved everything and will definitely go back again. I highly recommend them and would give 10 stars if it was available and I hope they consider opening a bit earlier AMAZING
My friend was wishing to eat some Mexican food. And I immediately thought of Oh Taco We headed down to Cowey Park and decided to try the Chico box since it was the first time my friend had eaten here. The Chico box comprises of a taco, a burrito, a quesadilla and a slider We were greeted with a very friendly smile. Ordered our food. The waiting period as told by the cashier would be about 20 to 30 minutes. It wasn't long and our food was ready. The food was delicious. I absolutely loved all of it. We opted for the hard shell taco and they didn't disappoint. The burrito was packed and very filling. I loved the slider. The chicken cooked to perfection. My favorite of all has to be the quesadillas. That was the most tastiest of all the goodies at oh Taco that I've had. All of these were prepared in a very scrumptious spicy sauce and satisfied our Mexican craving. After this visit I am sure my buddy and I would like to go back for more.
So after seeing these delightful boxes all over my Facebook page, I decided to give it a try. The boxes themselves either had items I didn't want or were out of budget for me. So I made up my own. We did the Chicken Tacos, which tasted delightful, the chicken itself though was a bit dry but the sauces made up for it. We did the Jalapeños Poppers, and damn did these pop. Lol, loved those. We also did the Chicken Quesadillas, these were delicious as well. Let's talk about those chips. Love the quantity of chips that were in the box and the sauces that accompanied each item. Definitely a revisit to taste the rest. Perhaps you could do a DIY box, or possibly have options for items we do not want in the box. But it was awesome taste experience.
Great Mexican Cuisine. Really enjoyed the prawn tacos. However, did feel it was a bit over-priced for the size of the portion.
Tacos were good, don't forget to put the orange sauce on it. That makes a difference. If you buy the hard shell taco, eat it fresh as possible else it loses its crunch. The lemon and mint drink was refreshing, I'll definitely get that again. Halal restaurant.
Good options to cater for all appetites. Boxes provide a good mix of items for those who can't decide. Halaal certified. Seating area is shared between several outlets so it might be a better take-away option.Food: 4/5
Based in the Cowey Food Park. Small little take away with a few tables. The tacos are delicious. Real fast service and really flavorsome. The owner is extremely friendly.
Extremely disappointed. Looked nothing like the picture. Overpriced for a tiny portion, cold inside and quite honestly didn't taste great. The prawn taco should be called the shrimpy... In honour of the single baby shrimp lost inside the taco. Kid-friendliness: Make sure the kids go to the bathroom at home...
Wife has been wanting to go there for a while and it was worth the visit. Food was amazing. Done really well and sauces really had good flavor. Really recommend this place for Mexican style food.Food: 5/5
The tacos where just okay not anything fancy and the burritos were filled with rice. Could not see any of the traditional stuff that a taco will have. Not very impressed it was more like a chicken wrap than an actual burrito.
