Mochachos Beachfront

Absolutely horrible experience.. Cashier couldn't ring up items, she couldn't find codes. We waited for eons and them received cold food in drips and drabs. Sent food back for reheating. Ordered 2 X family meals and had to ask 4 times for them to complete the order.. No manager on site. Will not recommend anyone to eat at this particular establishment. What a disappointment. Zero stars

I'll give the store the benefit of the doubt and say it was understaffed. The food took longer than an hour to come and definitely wasn't worth the wait. The staff were all over the place and didn't even clean our table even though we asked them at 3 different times. Eventually, when 1 of us decided to do it, then someone came to take over halfway. This isn't the first time that I've experienced terrible service at this particular store, whereas I've only ever had pleasant experiences at the Mochachos at The Pearls. This branch definitely needs to up their game...

Ordered a Family Feast meal...was not impressed. The chicken was so drenched in spices and the chips were so dry and smothered in the chips spice. We are fans of Mochachos & this time the visit was quite disappointing. The service from the staff members was good though. There was no water in the wash-basin and they were quick to give am alternative.

I recently visited Mochachos in North Beach and I must say that I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The poor service delivery and dirty dishes left a bad taste in my mouth. Firstly, the service was incredibly slow and disorganized. It took a long time for our order to be taken, and even longer for our food to arrive. The staff seemed disinterested and unenthusiastic, which made the experience even more frustrating. To make matters worse, when our food finally arrived, we were shocked to find that the dishes were dirty and unclean. The plates had food residue on them, and the cutlery was stained and greasy. This was completely unacceptable and left us feeling disgusted. Overall, my experience at Mochachos in North Beach was extremely disappointing. The poor service delivery and dirty dishes were unacceptable and left a bad taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and will not be returning in the future.

The staff seemed quite unhappy and in a hurry. They were also very unhelpful. Claimed they didn't know where the nearest bathroom was. It was quiet when we placed our order but took about 30min. The portions are small. Strips and chips for adults is same portion as kiddies speedy meal so rather buy the kiddies meal cos it's cheaper. Won't be visiting this establishment again.

Wrong management... Not busy at all but slower than a snail. Waiting for 3 Bambino meals 38min. Terribly slow .. no sense of urgency or customer satisfaction.. this team needs a manager on fire ... they are supposed to work at a funeral house where spead is not an requirement.... Staff is friendly but the food wasn't good at all. Ordered Rump Burrito & got chicken instead. Not sure if they were short staffed but they were absolutely slow, waited long to order & get our food.Food: 1/5

FOOD was disgusting. Tasted old. I ordered a enchilada it was sposed to be steak but I have no idea what it was and there was hardly any in it. Tortilla tasted old. Dunno what they call the salsa as it definitely wasn't salsa. Cheese wasn't grilled, it was microwaved, I wouldn't have served this to my own worst enemy. My child's chicken strips were spicy and he could hardly bite into them they were so tough. Very very annoyed and I feel sick to my stomach!!!

The food was not edible, it was clearly from the previous day. It had a strong funny smell. They poured sauce over it to kill the smell but that didn't help. This is the third time this restaurant has done this. Normally I would complain on UberEats and they would refund me. But still this is unacceptable and we shouldn't be expected to eat rotten food nor be inconvenienced by them. Yes there's a loadshedding crisis currently but what is a generator for?STOP SELLING ROTTEN FOOD!!!

Mochachos is always a meal I love to have especially since I don't get to see many of these franchises around SA so it's like a treasure,it's lovely Mexican taste and chicken marinate is awesome .I normally order a burger meal with chips and Coke or a 1/4 chicken and chips combo ,I prefer hot rather than mild,as the mild is too mild and the hot for me is better as you really get the taste but I wouldn't suggest the dynamite which is one higher than hot ,that is extremely hot and only If you like Extremely hot food should you attempt to have it that on your chicken.I would suggest this branch that they improve the chips to make its as it was before,really crispy as that was one of my favourite things to eat as the chips was not matched to any other restaurant I had ! That's enough of my 2cents but I would recommend you try it or visit ,as you won't regret it .
