Disappointing experience from the Krugersdorp branch. Everything took so much longer than we were told. Post mortem result should have come back in 2-3 day but took 3 weeks. Ashes from the cremation should have been ready the next week but again it took 4 weeks. Shocking service considering the cost. A company that uses peoples grief and sadness to get money. Would not recommend
WORST. SERVICE. EVER. From the start they were rude over the phone, when we wanted to remove the body to another local funeral company, they asked us over R5000 just to collect the body.. after all this, we had to make use of these people to cremate the body, and again we were over charged..
hi My name is Johannah Mohale, i recently had a tough time but with the help of Mosaic Funeral home in Vereeniging all became easy. i got assisted very softly by a long service member there Aus Mamikie, i must say she still has the most warmest comfort. she assigned Motsamai Joseph Mahola to journey with me through it all, he was also good and patient with me, very helpful and informative. the 5 stars goes to Motsamai. thank you so much
A very disappointing experience from beginning to end at an obviously very difficult time for our family. We had asked for Martins Funersls at the hospital when my father died & somehow Mosaic got involved ....? A most unprofessional service in our opinion & the last upset was finally receiving his ashes in a cardboard tube which looks awful & feels so disrespectful!
Really bad admin and communication. Cancelled our policy and they kept debiting our account. Had to go into the bank to stop the debit order the second month. Now struggling to get a refund for the two months. They actually asked us to go into the bank to ask the money back from the bank - how ridiculous is that. Still trying to sort it out after two months. The phone calls alone are probably more then the refund they owe us but ot is about principle and bad service now. Very disappointed and frustrated.
Rather embarrassed because we used this company from a recommendation. If something could go wrong it did. Smooth talking on the phone, but that is where it ends. My father has still not been cremated and it has been over a month now.
I have never come across people that are more caring and compassionate. They truly go the extra mile. I would never consider using anybody else. They are a cut above.
Frances and the team are excellent! They are professional and caring. Thank you so much.....you made us feel part of the family
