Used to love supporting this local optom, however was spoken to very rudely by a black receptionist. I was there to collect my glasses and didn't realise i needed to book an appointment. The manner she spoke to a paying customer was very unsatisfactory!! You need a lesson in manners!

Great customer service,friendly staff and very much efficient
Since the 25 March 2021 I have been trying to get Midrand Optometrist to replace contact lenses that they have already received payment for from my medical aid. I went so far as to contact the supplier who advised I should have received my replacement already. It is almost 6 months and still not response. This is the worst service I have received from a medical practitioner. Word of caution, rather find another service provider who is honorable and not like Midrand Optometrist who will steal from you.
