Mazda Midrand

Do not service your car here. Car smelt like fuel for two months after the service. Had to take it to another mechanic only to find out that the fuel pump wasn’t put back correctly. They also tried to sell me new parts that weren’t needed. Only service your car here if it’s still under warranty. If it isn’t under warranty they will try to damage your vehicle so that you have to come back. Mazda Midrand is a disappointment to the brand. Services used to be good but is no longer.

Car came back from service dirty and smelling like petrol inside. Pathetic Edit: Hire the correct staff. Not kids that have no idea on how the mechanics on a vehicle work. Disgusted with the service from a branded dealership.

Can I give them a 6th star? Tony stood up before we could even enter the door and welcomed us with a smile. Call it sales 101 but this guy kept us informed every step of the way. Sold my CX3 2years ago and my regretted since…and I was reminded why I should not leave home. Bryce knows what it is like to take care of a customer. As a CX manager, my needs were placed ahead of the numbers. One thing they missed was for them to brand my vehicle with their logo!!! Now that’s pride! How can I forget Wilma…no questions asked were too great for her! Based on the reviews I’ve read seems like even the Service department has the same relish.

I enjoyed my visit since I was doing my car service, they offered me an open office to continue doing my work and attend my meetings. I recommend Mazda Midrand. 5/5.
