I went to Randfontein and I have never experience such mediocre service. The lady who works there was so rude,she handled the waffles with bare hands and they tasted ridiculous. When I asked her why she is using bare hands she said it's the companys rules. I have never been so disgusted in my life. I don't recommend. Customer service sucks!
Music way to loud in store, service is mediocre at best, couldnt order what i wanted due to lack of ingredients, would never eat in again, rather go to Uncle Harrys
Had to beg Milky Lane to serve us. The time they close is 9pm, we got there at 8:15. Milky Lane should look at this Franchise. Bad
Never been disappointed with their products or services.
The service was bad the store was empty but they took over 10 minutes to serve us The ice cream had such an awful after taste to it !!
