Wimpy SA

Ordered a mixed grill steak medium rare. Steak was ice cold and well done. The patty was overcooked and dry. Sent it back to rectify. Recieved my plate back with a clump of microwaved chips that stuck together. The patty 10 times drier than before. As a regular at this wimpy it is a slap in the face to get a plate of microwaved food. The service however is and was allways good. Hopefully better next time.

Staff was helpful . Could improve on being a little bit more friendly and less business like . Overall ok experience. Were there at a Quiet time of day . Wheelchair accessibility: Parkings available near entrance and mall doesn't appear to have any stairways. Very flat walk ways .

Shocking service this morning. After sitting for 15 minutes with no acknowledgement of my presence I walked out. No one even noticed me leaving. I usually go there every weekend but certainly won't go back.
