The lecturers at Milpark are excellent. They make it easy for individuals who are working and studying part-time. There were concepts I never understood and they break it down for you and make it easy to understand. Please don't give them a bad rating based on the admin staff. The quality of education is excellent
Modules and classes are not the issue. It’s registering for the modules that are problematic, support emails go unanswered, the call centre agents themselves can’t explain the process adequately. Payments are not acknowledged, you won’t know if it’s been allocated.
Milparks student services is beyond bad. Would never want to study anything here again extremely unsatisfactory and terrible experience. They a business not a business school anything to make a buck
Thanks for the reviews guys, am an international student and was planning on enrolling for a doctorate with Milpark but not any more after seeing the reviews.
I will not recommend this institution to anyone who wants to study. I see MilPark as a rip-off, making students fail assignments using Turnitin, I told my friend to finish up her studies in another institution cause am not seeing her progressing in Milpark. From lectures to staff you don't get any support or feedback, you constantly need to follow up on the inquiry that you log. Please don't waste your money and energy studying at Milpark. See reviews!
Milpark Education is not advisable if you are looking for Distance Learning. Every Monday you either submit an assignment or a test, during the week they schedule a once a week lecture between 16h00 and 18h00, and if you come across a problem their Support department is ridiculous, they do not attempt to assist and they close calls even when they have not ascertained that your problem is resolved. Everything is rigged, for you to fail.
If you want to study anything rather just leave it than studying with Milpark. There is no clear communication from these guys at any time. There is always something wrong with registrations. They are very happy to accept your money but not so happy to give you the education and service you deserve. Their servers go down about once a day usualy while you are writing online exams or tests. They are just not rigged and ready for any type of students. You can never reach anyone in charge if you are lucky to speak to a call centre agent they can not do anything about your problem
I had a system issue during my exam, I called in for assistance as the technical support ppl did not answer quick towards my query. The have extended my time to replace the wasted one while trying to log in, but they forgot to extend the time for my exam link B, I called in again to query that but I was told that it will be extended only to find out that they did not extend the time, the system kicked out and couldn't complete my exam B. I call in again for the third time to query this, they told me that the time was extended I must just just exit and log in again, but still I was their website did allow me to go back and finish my exam. 2 people I spoke too promised to call me back with feedback but they did not return to me.
Milpark is stating they are a premium education provider, when they make mistakes they do not take any liability and ignore students. Would not recommend. No service at all. Even when their system bugs or the lectures will remove your posts.
I applied for a higher certificate here the consultant who was assisting me sent me a bursary form to be filled by my bursary officer..next things she calls me and tells me they have to change the bursary letter to a certificate which NQF LEVEL 4,I asked for the reason for change from higher certification to a certificate did I receive a proper answer no!! secondly I asked why did she send me the bursary letter to be filled if I wasnt accepted for a higher certification.. how do I not qualify for a higher certificate when i already have a diploma?Milpark explain this
