The MERSETA website has been down now for about three weeks. The message is always 'site under maintenance'. WSP/ATR submission time is coming up but you can't access the site to do the work and you cannot speak to a person to assist you.

We were doing a learnership under merseta and it ended within 3 months, the company says that merseta is the one that terminated the contract that was supposed to take 12 months. We tried calling merseta and they are not picking up

Terrible, I am not satisfied with the answers I got for not getting my trade certificate that I did in 2019 December.  . Not while the people I did the very same program, started on the same date, with the same company, and got the same NQF certificates with, and applied and wrote the test on the very same day/time.. got their trade certificate but not me, I'm being given stories like I didn't have enough experience, why? Because I am a woman? Oh wait.. the second excuse was there was one NQF certificate missing, where am I suppose to get the answers to that if not Merseta? And vele how how come I have NQF2 and NQF4 without NQF3? someone needs to explain themselves here, I want my trade certificate.  20-12-2021 I finally got my certificate. Thank you.

Absolutely horrific service. None of their numbers work, no one answers emails, no answers via social media. Deserves minus stars but this review can't be posted without one.

Waiting 6 months now to be registered .... Every time I enquire what is the holdup ...I find that something is wrong on my file .... Some of the problems are been dragged out..... No feedback from their side if I my self don't go their offices myself. Already lost two job opportunities that I can give even a date when I will do my trade test .... I am still waiting for feedback ......

Absolutely useless, pathethic service. I have been waiting longer than a year for my trade test certificate and no one can even answer a phone or an e mail.

Poor service ever no 1 to answer the phone or it doesn't go through at all sinc august 2019 waiting for my trade test certificate and no 1 replied to my emails

Paper had been handed for trade test nearly 8 weeks ago still waiting for response or nr and date they blame systerm bad real bad services
