Such an easy, painless, and efficient process to order and pay! I placed an order for a pot plant on Saturday late morning for a family member in hospital. The plant was delivered the same day. Izimbali even tried phoning the hospital to ensure that she was still there, as they had obviously read my message where I said we weren't sure when she would be discharged. They emailed me after not being able to get through to the hospital and called me when I hadn't read their message yet. The payment was so easy, they have numerous payment options available on the website! Prices are very reasonable. Fantastic service!
I was very disappointed ordering the first time from Izimbali. The lady assisting me showed me a basket of flowers for R350 and one for R650. I chose the basket for R650 which was significantly bigger. When it was delivered it was the small R350 basket. Upon calling the store the lady told me that they did not have the big baskets in stock, hence they sent the small basket. They told me to come into the store and I can choose another arrangement. Upon going to the store they offered me a bunch of flowers that was not to my taste, so I requested a refund. The lady was very rude saying that they don't do refunds and she is trying to help me. She then offered me a R100 whereas the difference between the 2 baskets was R300. She then told another lady to handle the matter and that staff member gave me R200 from her own pocket. Such dishonesty. I will never support them again.
Amazing service, I am in Durban and wanted to buy flowers for my sister who had just delivered a baby girl. I came across Izimbali Florist page on google and ordered a bouquet of flowers, teddy and a ballon. The flowers were delivered same day and were of excellent quality. My sister was so happy.
