Living outside of South Africa I usually use Netflorist to deliver gifts to family and friends. However Netflorist was unable to deliver to Northdale/Newholme area. Called Ram's Florist, spoke with Prakash who was extremely helpful. For a fraction of the price Ram's put together a beautiful "Get well soon arrangement with balloon. Super impressed. Would recommend

The owners at RAM went above and beyond for me to make sure my friend received the most beautiful bouquet and that it was delivered to her home. I ordered a condolence bouquet and when I arrived to fetch it they tried to pawn off a basket with hot pink Gerberas in it. I refused to take that to a funeral house. The short nasty lady at the front desk whom I am told is the owners sister told me that I am living in the “prehistoric” era because I expected a traditional condolence bouquet ie white lilies, white roses or white chrysanths. They asked me to wait 30 mins for a new arrangement, I asked for a white bouquet of roses and paid and left. I cannot understand why a business would tell someone who is going to a funeral house to take a basket that is completely inappropriate and then insult the customer and keep talking when the customer says please stop. It’s bizarre. They also ignore customers when you arrive at the front desk, instead of asking what you’re there for they just keep taking other queries and ignoring you. Would never support Rams again because of this experience, would rather go to the other florists in town.
