Mochachos Emmarentia

My chimichanga was such a disappointment, it tasted like it was frozen for too long then baked when not fresh. They forgot to give my sour cream as well. The liver was okay - good portion. Chicken burger good as usual.Food: 2/5

Just love the food there by mochachos. Its service is great, the food is delicious and the whole environment just feels like I'm in another city or town. I'd give this place a higher rating if I can :D! Kid-friendliness: They serve kiddies meals that are suitable for kids

Quite impressed with the service and the burger I ordered. Should have tried the chips as well to make a proper impression. But I just wanted the burger. First time trying the Nacho Crusted burger and it wasn't bad. Service was quick and food was fresh. #Thefoodmusketeer #TFMMochachos

-> Chips were horrible and soggy, not the mochachos chips I’ve been accustomed too throughout my time. -> Initially wanted to order the advertised Nachos burger but couldn’t due to load shedding not a big issue but should just mention it since I’m here -> Ordered the strip burger instead , the strips were hard as a rock , horrible experience. -> The steak in the Quesadilla was not cooked and hard. Overall disappointing experience.

Very tense environment with the lady at the counter shouting and screaming at the staff. She's rude and rough! Horrible customer service. Additionally, she has no manners. She coughed on the food and didn't even bother covering her face or using a mask. The food wasn't the best either.Food: 2/5

Soggy soggy soggy...tried to call to just advise owner and she was so defensive ,was not going to post but felt compelled to do so given her disregard to even just listen to feedback ....one would think a customers opionion is valued. Not going back there.
