Poor poor customer service from Bonolo and Mr Mokgotsi. My husband tried to arrange a viewing first with Bonolo, who showed no interest in him or me and then when we asked if we could view during the weekend we were told that we could not, even after explaining that we were both unable to view during the week. Nevertheless my husband eventually managed to go view during the week and when he called Mr Mokgotsi to indicate that he was at the venue to view and discuss arrangements, Mr Mokgotsi was very rude to him. I cannot believe the treatment we have received. If you want to rent a venue I don't recommend this place.

I dealt with a lady called selina/Bonolo and I hated every moment working with her. We disclosed what we wanted to hire the venue for and she charged us a price we were happy with that was well within our budget. A week later after paying the deposit she starts changing up stories increasing prices and lying her way through the entire business deal. Surprisingly I was warned about how they operate and run their business everyone who has engaged with them has given me negative feedback apparently they crook their way into people's events looking to bargain from every point, I disclosed to her that I cant believe she's doing to me what I have been warned about, I told her they really have a bad reputation and you could literally see the embarrassment on her face. Anyway we move I cannot work with someone whose unprofessional and most importantly shows no honesty in a relationship I guess that's why they no longer host events as much it's literally always empty there while other venues are always booked and busy hense we went there cause other venues were well booked in advance and they Had the most busiest weekend free, that's the ULTIMATE RED FLAG.

Boring the place needs a revamping the customer service very poor the lady who was selling food made us feel like she was making us a favour and worse part the food was not even nice dry sausage and beef stew full of bones and when I showed her she promised to bring another stew and she never got back waste of my money not going there anytime soon

It's a nice place and we enjoyed our event. The food was nice

Sharing this story that I found on a relative of mine's facebook: We entered the main gate to their premises which was standing wide open by mistake, and was shown further into the premises by the workers on site. Upon realising that we were at the wrong address we immediately turned around, but on our way out we were confronted by what seems to be the owner. He was extremely aggressive and made it out to be a race thing. He then locked us into the premises and we are basically kept here against our will. We have contacted the SAPS to lay criminal charges, but it is not known for how many hours we will be kept here.

The receptionist is very rude and unprofessional... They are inconsistent and have zero respect.. they also charge way more than they should for their venue..very much unreliable, don’t waste your time going there you’ll regret it.
