Warthog Inn

We took our leaders here for bonding and leader skills development. What an amazing experience. Brian, Michael and Quinton were very patient, friendly and encouraging with our kids. They played in the games with them - no learner was left behind in any activity due to the encouragement they received. The rooms were great and the solar power made the bathing situation wonderful. The food was delicious and our kids gave high praises towards the cooking staff. The receptionist/manager was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you for giving us the most memorable adventure! My school and I went to Warthog Inn Adventure Center and honestly it was so fun and interesting but the food isn't really the greatest but it was a very fun experience. 1 or 2 facilitators were a bit rude but the rest made us feel very welcome. Frogs are able to go under your door but the best thing u can do is place a towel to avoid them going into the room. It's a very fun place sometimes there's hot water but it's mostly warm but regarding that I personally recommend going cause it's a really fun and good place.

The camp was nice, and the facilitators were nice except DK beware of her. The food was atrocious because it was not cooked properly. The beds were hard to sleep on. But the activities were excellent, extreme and fun to do. The facilities were something... my cabin group and I found frogs there. Therefore I rate it...

the facilitators told us that we are worthless grade 8s and all we have is a birth certificate, the dorms are also very bad and there’s a bunch of powder and stuff on the beds. There are also frogs that can get through the bottom of the door, the activities were fun but everything else was bad.

This place deserves no stars, my son recently went on a school camp at Warthog Inn. He did not have a good experience at all. The bathroom facilities were disgusting and dirty and had alot of spiders. The vegetarian option should be relooked at. There are loads of substitutes for actual meat items. Eggs are not a vegetarian option at all. The bedrooms were dirty and not cleaned and were missing shower heads. They were only allowed to shower in the evenings. The facilitators where rude and disrespectful to the children. He ended up getting so ill after the camp.

Overall a very average experience, some facilitators were very rude and told us we were nothing but worthless some at every nice though the rooms are bang average there was white stuff on the bed frogs in the toilets wasn’t amazing on that side however the activities were fun and enjoyable.

This place was amazing; from me as a Grade 8 learner. The group dynamics were amazing and the bonding with people you aren't familiar with was awesome. The show and tell about specific frogs and reptiles was also fascinating. The staff were very friendly to us and discussed only what was to be a serious problem. The bathrooms were also well managed and also the dormitories.

My only complaint is the facilitators, they are really mean an ugly towards kids and they have no respect.I paid R1000 to be there an swim and have fun they tell us no even tho the owner saaid we could at any time.But everything else was fun and enjoyable.

Went here on a bonding camp with my grade 9s. The staff were friendly and helpful. The activities and obstacle course were great fun. Accommodation for the kids needs a bit of maintenance but not horrific. Would go here again.

It has really improved since I’ve been here last, the staff are friendly, funny and inspiring. The activities got our groups to work together in interesting and fun ways. I highly recommend
