Wonderful camping spot - tranquility was the first word that came to mind. The individual bathrooms are a great feature, well-fitted, and spotless. The camp sites were grassy and generally shady. Having some buck and ducks wandering through the park just added to the experience of being away from the daily grind. Would be back in a flash if I had the opportunity. Restrooms: Each camping site has its own, private bathroom, which is well fitted and spotlessly clean.
A quiet, very well designed and organised camping resort. The private ablution facilities are excellent. The stand sizes are spacious. The park is neat and tidy. We will definitely go back and can definitely recommend this parkService: 5/5
Private bathrooms very clean and tidy, stands are good, staff is friendly, hiking routes are good only problem it's not marked out properly but one can see the foot paths even with lots of leaves laying on the ground. Best place to go and relax and get away from the cities hussle and buzz. Will definitely be going back in summer time .

2nd time we camped at Ruah park. Beautiful campsite, clean ablutions and peaceful surroundings. Would recommend it to anyone that would like to take a quick break in the bush.
Beautiful setting, quiet and peaceful, one hour from Johannesburg. Cones highly recommended! Restrooms: Absolutely superb, clean, fresh and spacious!
Spent a week at Ruah Park. I can honestly say, this was the best camping site I have been to. It was nice and quiet, and the nature is very beautiful. The private bathroom is the greatest. It does increase the price compared to other campsites with a shared ablution, but is definitely worth it. The manager is very friendly, as well as the other workers. Definitely a must if you want to go camping. There is also very nice hiking trails, but make sure you pack your hiking shoes
Neat and nice place to camp. Second time visiting and will indeed be returning in future. Restrooms: Neat and tidy. Nice to have your own ablusion at your campsit.
Happily blown away. Nicest campsite I have been in Gauteng! Definitely recommend a visit. Playground: Kids section should be done next week however the obstacle coarse still kept the kids busy Restrooms: The private ablution is next level! Picnic area: Plenty green grass and nice spots all-over and next to the dam!
I would definitely recommend it to people who enjoy the bush, such a nice place to break away for a weekend!!!
