Will give them a zero rating if possible. They continue to deduct unauthorised debit orders even after I paid the cancellation penalty. They blocked my email address and ways to communicate to them. I am in the process of taking them to the small claims court. Do yourself a favour and go to "Halo Peter" and check the reviews from other people that tried to cancel their membership.

I am disappointed in the place. In June an agent called me for another yearly package, never qaa it said that you can't canceled it. You can never get an appointment with them, and then when you complain about it, the customer service staff and management is so rude they just offer you another booking offer for more money. This is not in line with the CPA. I am busy with a CPA complaint against them. DO NOT LET THEM GET YOU TO TAKE THE OFFERS.Services: Massage

What a disappointment of a place! You buy a yearly package for 5 treatments a month, but you can't even manage to make one appointment a month because there is never availability online. And they constantly harass you trying to sell more packages to more people but they can't even get the basics right. I would not recommend this place to anyone.Services: Manicure

I'm so disappointed in how things are done, they just deduct money from your account and say it was a mistake. I've been promised a refund but I'm still waiting. Getting a slot is a nightmare , I think they have alot of people on their system and that makes it difficult to get a slot. Getting hold of them telephonicaly is a struggle, you'll be on hold for more than 30 minutes until you give up.Services: Massage

I cancelled my subscription after I could never get the appointments I wanted online. I tried for a month with no success! I was able to get 2 appointments at the end of April through the help of your booking agent and I can def say that I am happy that I have cancelled my subscription with you. The Inner Soul establishment is run down and looking very unkept. The room where I had my treatment did not even have a door handle, it had tissue paper stuffed into the whole. The chair in the room was once upon time white / cream but not brown and disgusting. You can see it has not been cleaned in ages. The place desperately needs maintenance! The staff are very unprofessional as they all stand around a reception chatting at the top of their voices and eating chips, with no regard for the clients. Not to mention that your staff are obviously not well trained as I was left with injuries after my wax. I have pics to prove it! Not to mention that my feet still had cracked dirty heals after a so called top pedicure!? So needless to say I am very happy that I cancelled this subscription when I did.Services: Pedicure

The Spa has dramatically improved service and booking assistance. I have found the staff to be very friendly at each visit and the managers to be the most caring and attentive. The unfortunate regular shortage regarding quiche and wine is still being improved but the overall customer care is fantastic.

The best concept ,We have been using our membership for 2 years in Cape Town and have received so much value, we love the therapists. In December I went to the Pretoria salon, OH MY what a treat. This place never disappoints when jt comes to disappoiting. Worst service and one can never get a booking. How can slots be booked out at 0:01? Current; their payment package option seems so attractive, sadly once they have your money it is quite the uphill to get appointments and use the slots available, and even if they could not give you slots, they will not transfer the slots, so if I look at how many time I actually used the time slots, then the package becomes expensive. This time I paid a R1000 extra to have someone to talk to that must help with booking spots, however, they offer no assistance don't waste your money on that option, if you can't get bookings yourself online, then this assistant can't help either. They also open their bookings only a short time in advance, so you can't make a regular booking. Also, if something happens and you can't make the spot you have booked, you simply loose it, they just say there are no other available slots. Their staff turnover has also become a problem. When i do find someone that has just the right touch for me, and ask if they can be booked for me, then it seems they are no longer available. So the deals sound awesome, but I have been sorely disappointed in the booking service and assistance to be able to get slits that I can make. Previous:They have amazing specials and some of the staff is truly super people. Well worth going to. Vouchers for a visit here is just the best present.
