Mondeor Police Station

Tops for service in general. I was in and out of this establishment in less than 20 minutes, after having to go to three offices for three different requirements charge office front desk: affidavit, detectives section: retrieval of old case number from their computerised system, finance section: enquiries and getting forms for police clearance. I salute the leadership and all personnel of SAPS Mondeor.

Would have rated 0 stars. Relaxed attitude. No sense of urgency. Talking loud and over each other is normal. No sense of urgency. Took a statement from my minor son and didn't allow me to explain. Integrated my son as if he had done something wrong. He was beaten by some other schools boys and the lady kept on reiterating that he was beaten almost demeaning. Horrific experience would recommend this police station.

Was at Mondeor Police Station this morning and afternoon to get ID certified. No waits on both visits. The front desk staff are friendly, neat uniforms with name tags. The station is very neat and tidy. Was a pleasure going their. SAPS Mondeor well done.

Unfortunately zero stars was not an option, so i had to give them the lowest possible one star which they dont deserve. I've been 10 years in the area and had nothing but bad experiences with this station. They never seem to answer their phone no matter how desperately I've tried calling when i needed them. I had to drive there to get them to come out to deal with a robbery in progress and they couldn't be bothered. No care in the world! They are an absolute useless, arrogant bunch who think they are doing u a favour when u turn to them for help. Its a total shame to see how our tax money gets wasted on this useless lot.

Got some paperwork signed at 15:30 on a Monday. I was in and out of there within 5 minutes. Efficient service, friendly staff.

You get as much info from a call as you would in person which is nothing, service could be much better, never really sure if they’re actually open

Had a gender violence case .three kids were involved were refer to Mondeor police station since the incident is taking place in Bassonia. No nobody at the station answered their phone. Four lives damaged. Thanks Mondeor police station

Don't understand the purpose of them giving me their number to get my AR number, if they not going to bother answering the phone. To top it all off, they so rude, like you wasting their time by asking them do something that the state put them there to do. I dread whenever I have to go there

Their phone just rings. They never answer phone calls, so what is the point of having them? I tried to phone them again today. Same story. Phone just rings. I went to the Police station to get my firearm license renewed. I walk into the office and the lady chased me out of her office telling me that she is on lunch and I must wait outside until she calls me. I waited half an hour. All I wanted to do was to ask one question. I could not wait any longer so I went in again to tell her I just want to ask a question. She was so rude and unprofessional that I could not believe that somebody like this was working at SAPS. SAPS is the biggest joke in this Country!

We reported an accident that my wife was involved in. They told us to phone back the next day for the AR number. We tried phoning continuously today from 9:00 in the morning till 19:00 in the evening. The phone just keeps ringing. I have had the same experience countless times as I work in a control room and we often need to phone tor report incidents. They simply can not be bothered to answer the phones. These are public SERVANTS they are there to provide an EMERGENCY SERVICE to the public. Apparantly they don't seem to understand what their job is. Absolutely pathetic! Thanks for nothing.
