Protea Glen Police station

I'd rate thia police station zero. I've been trying to get my security clearance for two weeks now and the lady that is in charge of doing prints is out at Gardens mall doing shopping. So ridiculous.

BAD SERVICE!!! From the time when I went to report my case. A lady Khoza the surname was rude and very unprofessional. I had to beg for assistance and the other people that came to certify or report cases. I eventually go the case number. From August I have not been able to speak to the Serg that is handling my case. Recently I got another SMS notifying me of the new Captain that will be taking over my case. When ever I call it's either the person I am looking for is not available or I get transfered endlessly and end up hanging up or the phone is forgever ringing. It is frustrating when the people you are trusting to service and protect you are letting you down. Who do we turn to? I am dissappointed with SAPS Protea Glen. NB: I would not give any rating. I provided 1 star so that I can submit my review.

The service of Protea Glen saps is good, they are human beings like you, treat them like human and they will treat you like that. If US public we can learn to treat other people like us, we can live better and stop judging.

Your police officers just tried to bribe us. Nice job feel so safe. So wonderful that we have trustworthy personnel serving our country.

Poor police service. Actually no service at all. 0/100 We went to be assisted with getting police to serve a protection order, from 17h00 to 23h37 waiting for a police van to come with to serve the protection order. This was over 2 consecutive days. We are told there are only 2 vans servicing a area like Protea Glen.

On the 9th March 2014 my friend and I were stopped at a red robot on the N12 between Soweto and Lenasia coming from JHB side, when a car hit us from behind with a speed, flattening a fully loaded trailer and damaging my cars rear R21,000 there were 3 occupants in their car and they managed to speed off and drive their car through the red robot towards Soweto. They only got about 2km down the road when their car packed up and they drove off the side of the road into the bush and ran away. A policeman by the name of MM Tshabalala was first at the scene and saw their windscreen on the floor with the licence disc still on. He then went and organised a tow truck to take the broke down car to the police yard. He proceeded to do all the paperwork and took photos of the scene and cars, even coming to my friends house to take profile photos of us case no. CAS 153/03/2014. The hit and run car's driver had his car back next day. When I questioned this no one could explain to me how this happened. Now I am getting the run around about duristriction as it should be lenasia's but the docket remains at Protea Glen with W/O Mofoloane for 2 months now.

Poor service I went to do an accident report. They told me that they could not help me I must go to lenasia police station. Now the person that bumped my car got away

Mnx Protea Glen/North needs to go back to the drawing board. Poor servise.

Poorly maintained, dark and needs about 3 layers of paint. The 2 stars are for the dedicated police who work under these strenuous circumstances.
