Rosebank Police Station

Worst witnessed an accident called twice no answer. There was a baby involved.

I would just like to say thank you to the Rosebank police station and to the 2 police offers that appear in this photo. They offered to drive to where my father resides so he could sign an affidavit instead of my father coming into the police station himself. This was a really kind gesture so thank you for doing this for him.

I had a very smooth pleasant experience at this police station today. I only came to get an affidavit so I’m not sure how they handle other matters. The policeman who helped me was very friendly and I was in the station for less than five minutes. I also went on a Friday morning so that probably contributed to them not being very busy.

Amazing service and so helpful! I waited for less than sixty seconds to be assisted and was sorted out and out of there in under five minutes! Seriously impressed by the level of customer service! The bad reviews I see were months ago...which do not correlate to my experience. Things have definitely changed for the better.

I was pleasantly suprised at Rosebank police station. It was clean and well maintained and the police were well turned out, helpful land friendly. I was helped by a lady Sergeant who was professional and efficient. It was painless and quick to do the report and they gave me the case number right away. Other police stations should go to Rosebank and see how to run a police station!

I've been here several times to certify copies of IDs etc and to report traffic incidents. Most times, the service has been outstanding. The officers are generally very friendly, understanding, and caring. To me, they seem to take an interest in the members of their community and they come across with more empathy than other civil servants.

Useless bunch behind the counters here. Went to Randburg police station first and got such great service that they even offered to open an accident report there and i could just drop it off at Rosebank. I declined and said I would just do it at Rosebank police station. BIG MISTAKE. When I got there they said I didn't have to and that I could just use the other drivers report?? Scary to think these are the people protecting the Rosebank area. After a big argument I finally managed to walk out there 2hours later with a report.

Not sure if they just had a bad day, but they basically ignored me for a couple of minutes even when I talked to them. Luckily I just wanted a document signed, but imagine if someone came in with trauma and had to report a crime? Being treated that way would not go down well.

I don't think I can give less than one star but I want to. Despite having 7 members of the Rosebank Police Service behind the client desk, service was slow and they seemed more interested in talking among themselves. When I had my turn, they looked for every possible excuse to not have to help me and when I lived on the wrong side of the road, that was it. Not interested. Extremely disappointed in the treatment received.

Brilliant service, friendly officers, helpful, answer the phone whenever i make a call, happy to assist and provide clarity and answers.called back to update me as to where they are with my case. Very impressed!
