Went on three different occasions for a police clearance and the "one" person who could assist was never available and no one seemed to know anything. Everyone is moody, on the phone or half sleep and cant be bothered to assist. One the most recent attempt I was told just to sit and wait outside on a bench that was surrounded by random men. I left and went to another SAPS office. Avoid if at all possible
Good workers but underresourced. They all deserve a raise and more resources.
Very poor service. Dropped off forms for police clearance two weeks ago. Two trips to police station as the office for payment was closed, didn't have till slips etc. Phoned for an update and when I asked processes, police woman put phone down on me.
Was in an accident and directed to bramley, and what a pleasure to deal with the officer's. I was done in 5-10 min. They were friendly and kind, it actually made me feel so much better after my accident
Poor response time. Waited for almost an hour. When the officers arrived, they were extremely abrupt and rude. Accused me of "being funny" with them and having an attitude, because I asked them if it was possible to complete the written statement on site. They had necessary paperwork with them, but had no "clipboards" with them.
Worst police station. Sounds half asleep when you phone them. Not sure who manages this police stations or who hires the staff but you should really find a new job because this one is clearly not working for you or anyone else. Feels great living in a country with police officers like this. Great job.
Excellent service. They are all polite, attentive and went the extra mile to assist.
After Rosebank police station refused to let me report an incident that occurred in their district, Sergeant Ledwaba at Bramley graciously helped me knowing full well that the docket would be transferred. Kind and professional.
When you come in to do your fingerprints they tell you that the officers in charge of that are in a meeting. For 2hrs...
I wish I could rate or review this police station, but I have been unable to get hold of anyone per telephone after around 10 calls and three days. Pathetic.
