Parkview Police Station

Excellent. I’ve been to quite a few police stations and the quality here really surprised me. Came to do a police clearance. The staff are super friendly.

Quick, efficient, polite officers at the Customer Service Center. No queues, no problems-knowledgeable staff, willing to just get down and help you. Very impressed overall, the station was fully manned, clean and well signposted.

From the moment I walked into the station until I left I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of every person I dealt with. My special thanks to Sergeant Nzama I hope I have the spelling correct, who went out of his way to be helpful and charming.

Great police station. They assisted me with opening a case for a stolen phone. They were quick and efficient, a very different experience to the usual experience with bureaucracy in South Africa, good job SAPS Parkview!

Seemless experience when logging an accident report. Sergeant Muregu assisted me. He was friendly, helpful and customer centric. We need more Sergeant Muregu's in our police force!

I have always found the staff to be helpful, courteous, friendly and efficient. They are very dedicated people doing a very stressful job, and doing it really well. I just phoned them about a loud bang that emanated from the direction of the traffic circle near me which sounded as though it could be a car accident, and as it was in the middle of the night I was hesitant to go out alone to see what had happened and within 5 minutes they were here. I'm very grateful to have a police station nearby that has such good staff and functions so well.

Don’t bother calling them for an emergency - they will not answer the phone no matter how many times you call. Defeats the purpose of a police “service” if no service is ever rendered. Just call your private security company instead.

I needed to have a number of documents certified and found the Parkview Police Station an absolute pleasure to visit. Sgt Magugu assisted me, was friendly and extremely professional. There was a welcoming and safe atmosphere in the station. The interaction between staff and staff and clients was most encouraging and a pleasure to witness. Thank you everyone at The Parkview Police Station for setting a high standard.
