This owner charges R23.99 for diesel per litre he is the most expensive petrol station in Johannesburg
I often fill there cause it’s nearest Total to me, but, Except few fuel section attendants a good one is Happy, rest are not smiling at all! Shop section, Lady behind the counter so unhappy! Does she love her job?!? I doubt. Today I bought an ice cream and then in the car I noticed it was melted and shape changed, returned and told her the freezer might have issue. Instead of apologising she started to talk with her colleague in a different language. Very insulting to me! I told her do you know ice cream is a dairy product and this melting can cause food poisoning and she just looked at her colleague and said something in another language that I am sure it wasn’t a compliment about my advice! Last time I buy from their shop! I suggest the store manager plans a training for the staff. People must choose a job they like and then care about the job.
The petrol attendants at this garage are just terrible. Their attitudes are disgusting. Just this morning I stopped there, and the attendant walks away while I'm in the middle of requesting what I needed. He just fills the petrol and comes to collect payment. I ask him to please check the water and and clean my windscreen. He arrogantly sees my bank card and says "You must go inside to pay", yet I can SEE ALL the other attendants using machines to swipe customer cards. So I had to get my daughter out of the car seat and go inside to pay. I asked them at the till if there are not any card machines outside they say that there is!!!! I get back to the car, he hasn't wipes my windscreen and he just walks away. And this... is the type of experience I have at this garage constantly. I stopped by just the other day to pump up my tyre which has a slow puncture, the attendant a different man,was so arrogant and looked so bothered at my request to please pump up my tyre. This type of customer service is unacceptable and appalling.
Terrible service from the African lady behind the counter. Rude with a sour attitude. If you aren’t opening the doors to let customers in to choose what we want then you should have helpful staff at the window. She was very unhappy to go help.
Just poor prepared food at this mug and bean.
Dudu the cashier always refuses to sell us the 1 voucher everytime but other tellers sells us she says she doesn't want to be in trouble for selling this voucher please explain why only Dudu gets in trouble when all others do sell it
Very rude petrol attendant and behind the counter lady , this morning I filled petrol and asked the attendant to pls clean my windscreen he told me to jump out off the car and do it myself when I went to complain to the lady she replies well it's my problem, look at your footage this morning dark grey sentry ,me cleaning my windscreen myself

These reviews are terrible and true Fanna needs to go back for training you can't treat customers like thrash ...he came to my car ...while we were still greeting each other ...turned to save another car....said in a grumpy voice ...are you putting fuel or what @@&&....I'm not coming back here .....all uber cars don't bother and support this business ...he even said even if you report this I don't care ........is this a business or what ?
I had a terrible time there.... the guy named Vusa was very rude to me just because i didn't greet him ...so he chose to insult me instead.
