Pathetic management! Purchased a tyre kit in store as my vehicles tyre had a nail stuck inside. As a lady I could not repair the tyre myself so a friendly and kind staff member assisted me in 10 minutes. An abrupt man Irshad who says that he is the owner has a terrible approach to his staff and customers as he revoked that his staff would not help me as a customer because his business was too busy and he was to deduct the poor staff members pay. Not a way to run a successful business!!

Very small garage. Service by Desmond was good. Very friendly. Just issues driving in and out.

12th Feb 2022. 05H15. Pathetic service. Door closed. One male in deli looked at me see I do want to go in. No effort to give any gesture that open or close. When a lady arrive he slowly make he's way to the cashier point. This not the first time to get service like this. Pathetic service really. But who cares just one client that complain and would ther be any changes  ? NO ..PATHETIC  !

On 25 Nevember I around 10:20 AM I went to put petrol in this garage for 150 only to find out that nothing went into my tank. The slip showed me that I put petrol at 10:12. When I questioned they told me that the times are different. The Manager I Peer was total helpless and insisted he won't give me petrol for free but what i asked was what I paid for. This is not good when customers are given printed slips and no petrol in their tanks. What an experience I had today. To my fellow colleagues becareful putting petrol in that garage..

The service is very bad the guy I found the was not even interested in what I'm saying the were close I asked him bread he said is finished but I can see it through the window

Not impress at all. I asked for cheese and tamato toased sandwich. They have put on 2 thin slices tomato with cheese. I've watch while they were making it. If I wanted just cheese I would of ask for it. They're not clean preparing food, vlies were on food even on my sandwich they were busy making, leaving unattendent. I walked out very cross I didn't even ate that sandwich and it was exspensive too.  I'll never buy from them again. I will rather stop at shell garage at Midrand and by food there its fresh at all times and they're very clean there.

Slow Sevice  and unpleasant attitude.

The fill up service is really great. The service at the kiosk is bad though, greeted the cashier and had to ask her if I could get service cause she was busy with what seemed to be reciepts , she ignored the question and continued until another employee asked me to get assistance from the other till point

Excellent Station with just one draw back, its hard to merge into traffic during peak hours. . .  Great selection.

Service is great, and I get really good mileage from their diesel compared to competitors
