Sandton SAPS

We visited here on a Sunday, was not too busy and we were helped almost immediately. We could not report a case because we did nit have the necessary numbers from canceling a phone that was stolen. There are 2 car guards right outside the police station that jump up once you leave the station.

Visiting Foreigners have just been treated in the most appalling way. When they called to ask me to help understand that the policeman wanted . The said being told me to "fok off " he is doing his job. I wasnt rude I didn't shout I politely asked him to explain to me what he was looking for so I could help. He refused to give me his name. He was extremely aggressive to the two foreigners . Threatened them with a hefty fine of over R1000. Slammed the phone down and threatened them if they asked for help. Surely this behavior is unacceptable . This is the second time it's happened to foreigners. Last month the officers demanded a bribe or jail . Close to the airport knowing that planes had to be caught .

Don't waste your time trying to phone them. I opened a case and they promised my case number would be sent to me, but a week later I haven't received anything. I have tried phoning them non-stop for a week to no avail. I truly shudder thinking what would happen to someone who has an actual emergency and tries to reach our so-called "protectors".

Useless utter Useless, I have tried calling them for an hour non stop and no answer, after logging a reference number with 10111 I am still waiting for police to show up. I am being transferred from call to call and not one person can assist. This is why our country is they way it is.

Friendly, efficient and helped me apply for a theft case number easily. Nice surprise to have had such great service

In have had the most amazing assitance at this police station. Prompt and professional service with a smile. Shout out and a salute to Sergeant David Mashamba thank You so much!!!

Wonderful police station. Needed to certify some documents, spent less than 5 mins there, staff were wonderful and we spoke Setswana vernacular. Only thing is that the officer helping me did not have a pen but I gave her mine!

In my humble opinion this so called police station and what should be bastion of safety is An embarrassing testimony to the abusive ugliness of racism in this country directed at Asian and white people What I witnessed today from some staff was both humiliating and embarrassing for our lovely country This station exposes itself to a lot of international people either on buisiness or living in SA The behaviour of “Some”staff and I emphasise it is only some, not ALL STAFF bears sad testimony to what SA has become and what the future may hold for us Really SAPS wake up and treat everyone with dignity and the respect they deserve across all colours ! You are GUILTY of replicating the sad legacy of apartheid!!! Move on and up from your history and be better than your predecessors ……… At the moment your both a very sad reflection on SA and our future but more importantly your a sad reflection on your yourselves as individuals Wake up before it’s too late for this Gr8 country

If you observe two people conducting a training session. One calling herself a trainer and the other calling himself a facilitator. You will be amazed to notice that they do exactly the same thing. Presenting information in small doses .facilitating discussions. Ensuring that learners gain the knowledge and learn the skills the client expected.
