The quality of food is amazing but.. I bought a parcel that included calamari and fish. The chips portion was a bit sad, but the calamari was beyond disgusting. They should've just left the calamari out to be honest! Very disheartening. Just take a look at the portion in the picture, it's almost unbelievable but that's what I got as a portion???
I have been buying here for a long time and have left a stellar review of 5 stars before,unfortunately this has completely changed after my girlfriend found a hair in her food yesterday!!!Completely unacceptable
Used to buy Here often. Bought a snoek parcel last night and a hake fillet. 1. Very small portion. Way to expensive for the amount of food received. 2. The fish was hard and dry, cooked in old oil with a horrible taste. Thick batter which was brown underneath had to throw it away. Thr hake fillet was ok, although most of it was covered in a thick batter. What a watse of R140. NEVER AGAIN!
Average fish and chips served here. Certainly not the best or the cheapest. Premises are tidy and neat and so staff. The few occasions I have been here the staff was not very friendly. Ample parking in large parking area

I often buy from this store and I’m usually happy with the quality of their food. Today I ordered a snoek parcel and the fish was slimy, the batter thick and rubbery and even though I requested salt and vinegar, neither was added to my order. Very disappointed!
Please guys Don't buy from them. There portion sizes are disgusting. If you buy a family size chips, they give a measly bit of chips that can't even feed a family of three.Very disgusting, for the amount of money you pay They Also don't tell you before hand THAT they weigh there chips. They deserve zero rating
R80 for 2 hands full of chips what a disgrace. They should close their doors. I buy a small chips at Mannys for half the price and their is more chips.
I bought a parcel snoek and chips and it was the worse ever. Panorama use to be top class but just to bad their name fell. R85 a parcel big enough for a 16 year old. Chips looked liked the last before the shop close and the snoek was so mad watery and taste like it's been frozen for months.
