Took family from Eastern Cape there. Ordered 12 wings only got 8 had to ask where the rest was . It was also so small looks like pieces was cut off to put into salads or something. My husband ordered schnitzel doubel. But was so small looked like a single cut in two to make it looks like a double. We had to ask manager why it is so small and he had to bring the correct size. My brother ordered beer and we continuously had to ask where the next one was. Portions was dissapointing small and service was extremely bad. I advised the manager that this was my last time going there. Can't believe after 12 years of being a regular customer this was the service and standard of food.
Probably one of my worst spur experiences ever. I ordered the Apache special, my husband had ribs and chips and my daughter had a sirloin steak. My good ribs and pork chop were terribly dry. Almost inedible. My daughter's steak was just as dry even though she asked for a medium steak. The store managers Sharon was terrible. The only positive thing was the service by Jordan. She was attentive and tried her best to remedy the situation.
Amazing service from this branch. I needed assistance getting a knee scooter post op lol out of the car. Then I needed a table that could accommodate the damn thing. All of this was done with ease and a smile. Not to mention the burger treat with all the usual Spur yummies was as consistent and delicious as promised. Nice light & bright Spur. Some of them can feel really dark. Not this one. : Parking: Loads of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access with parking right outside.
Ordered steak on a hot plate. They were out of hot plates and brought the steak on a normal plate rare. The whole table was done eating and we were still waiting for the hot plate, manager kept passing us knowing the issue did nothing to accommodate. We let them cancel the steak, and the manager did not apologise once. Very unprofessional.
I want to give a shout out to the management and staff of Chinook Spur Steak Ranch. We ordered the cheese griller breakfast for all the ladies who attended my daughter's bridal shower. The outside venue that we booked was too windy and wet and we were accommodated inside. The planned event was beautiful, intimate and fun. Food and drinks were served timeously. We could play games between intervals. The service was great. The staff was accomodating and friendly. Our waiter did an excellent job. Everyone had a great time. Thank you staff of Chinook Spur you are awesome!
Food and service were not good at all. Arrived around 6:30pm and food only arrived at 8:45pm this after I had to get up to find a waiter to ask to order and then look for manager after an hour of waiting … waiter completely ignored us … found my own sauces etc from a table that left when food arrived… double chicken schnitzel was half the normal size … definitely one cut into two to look double … dry and cold … served with onion rings hanging off the plate … chips undercooked … waste of money
I ordered online on new years eve and my order was accepted, drove half an hour after order was placed as instructed on the app. When i got there the place was closed! You should indicate on the app your trading hours to cause less of an inconvenience to your customers. Still waiting for my refund four days later!as their head office is closed and apparently only them can reimburse me. Very very disappointed in your service!
…..We are always happy to come to our “Home Away From Home” Spur not matter where in the world it may be. We thorough-lii enjoy Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Desserts & even if it’s just for their Large Cream-ii Cappuccinos. Chinook Spur is only 3 minutes away from our home so it’s like we never even left our own place. Here we even have our private seating space/table where all the staff knows us. They are always hospitable, friend-lii and on-point with their services. Meals are always fresh and delicious. We will always recommend Spur for their 100% commitment to excellence…..NB! Their Covid-19 Protocols are in-place 1. Hand Spray. 2. Fill out Info Form. 3. Temperature Check and Social Distancing between Tables! So it’s very safe to visit……
Ladies Bathroom had a very strong urine smell. Definitely needed seeing to at 11:00Food: 3/5
Super attentive waitron who got my order just right, was great to relax at the end of a really tough day amd enjoy a decent meal.
