please change the courier you are using waiting for more than 3 weeks for parcel and then courier wants me to pay R902 to have parcel delivered

Horrible experience with Mopani! My online order/ package got delivered to the wrong complex! I have never ever experienced such incompetence. If the person it got delivered to hadn't reached out to me, I never would have received my package. The delivery team never even contacted me to notify me it will be delivered. I have been contacting them to find out where my package is, with no reply. Today I get a whatsapp from a stranger to say it was delivered to them. NEVER will I use Mopani ever again! zero stars!

Great Service. Affordable prices. Delivery of online purchase was rather tedious due to the courier company, but was handled professionally and timeously by the store to ensure I got my purchase within the allocated timeframe.

Good prices. Website says "All our pharmacies offer free delivery". Add my items, check out... R75 delivery fee for 15km drive. Not cheaper anymore?

We got an appointment on the phone for the vaccines of our baby. The lady gave us 10h and 13h as options. We chose 13h as we know that 10h is feeding time for our baby and thus was written in both our agendas. Somehow they wrote 10h in their schedule. After sitting close to half an hour there with nobody interested in what we were doing sitting by the door of the clinic we were dispatched without the vaccines. Not an advisable place to go if it’s not urgent or strictly necessary.
