Was told via their call centre that I could at least make an appointment for a vaccine. When I arrived the sign clearly said "no more walk-ins, appointments only." So I asked to make an appointment for another day, only to be turned away at the door in a decidedly less than helpful manner, along with some 5 others. Rubbish service and communication, especially in the era of Covid with vaccine hesitancy and young people being eager to vaccinate, only to be refused an appointment. Completely irresponsible from a practice in the medical field. 0/10 would ever visit Van Heerden again.

Despite great pressure, the staff rendered excellent service with vaccinations Even the frail elderly, or patients who could not write on their own, were helped with great care and competence.

Friendly, professional staff. Pharmacist on duty is very helpful and knowledgeable. They are willing to assist with everything. Here you know your pharmacy personnel in person, and get that special personilised interaction. I can highly recommend the pharmacy.
